This blog is NOT about being a spilt second ! It is all about ''the spilt second in time that life is captured ''in a PHOTOGRAPH . Life as John Lennon wrote is what happens when you making other plans ,Life as such is a fleeting moment of the time we living in ,''A SPLIT SECOND '' is about what we capture in that fraction of a second of the time that is flying by.
I LOVE taking photos , its my religion or my self proclaimed reason for being !
I try revolve everything i do in my LIFE around taking photos , i get a thrill down my spine like a mini Orgasim when i know i have captured a Great MOMENT in Time. I allways stive to take a better photo than the one i have taken before ,it gets me up in the morning and makes me edit and manipulte till the middle of the night . It makes me all the money and costs me all my money.
PHOTOGRAPHY is my Lover , my Guru ,My Teacher and my link to LIFE AROUND ME.
The MAN that i can Blame for this is a Frenchman , who coined a phrase The Decisive Moment witch kinda means The split second that captured life in a ARTISTIC TIMELESS WAY in witch we can feel the moment forever thanks to the wonders of photography.
I would like to show you what i mean with an image i took while i was doing my National Service at a Marine in the Navy in 1983 . I will share with you some of my and my friends and other GREAT PHOTOGRAPHERS images that have captured a second in time that have changed the world or just capture a moment that will forever be there for us to share.
